Our pans provide a premium solution for searing, browning, sautéing and sealing in flavours of meats, seafood and vegetables without sticking, gripping or tearing. The beautiful geometric 'honeycomb' pattern heats food evenly, allowing ingredients to easily move from pan to plate. The AL-P Series is safer and tougher than your average non-stick pan and skillet, providing a reduced risk of peeling or flaking. It is also quick and easy to clean. The high-performance finish can stand up to high heat and the ergonomic handles are smooth and cool to the touch.

Trying to use it as much as possible to get a feel for it (14 days in). Great sear on steak. Need to use more oil than I expected with the pan (nothing crazy, just thought it would be more non-stick) when cooking eggs or dumplings. However, the stuck bits are easily scraped or cleaned off... Love the manageable weight, handle feel, can use metal utensils, induction & oven friendly. I'll give it 5 stars if I can figure out not sticking the eggs. I have a wok from Woll that works better, but it's really heavy, hoping to replace with Hutch...
My wife used the pan for the first time to fry sunny side up eggs...followed the paper instrusctions for prep of the pan and thereafter tried to do some simple sunny eggs. Didn't work for her, they absolutely grabbed the pan surface. I tried again to duplcate using just avocado sparay oil and they seemed fine. I think just a matter of being attentive to the instructions? I'm sure the pan will "pan" out...
Loved the concept. My family uses frying pans many times a day. Most frying pans are no longer nonstick by the 4th month. So far it has only been a month but still looks brand new. Time is out test!
