Excellent wok! Sturdy, attractive, and cooks very evenly. It holds more food than I had first thought it would, and so was perfect for entertaining.
I got this pan at a home and garden show, and thought it wouldn't stand up to traditional East Indian food, but I loved it, and it was worked perfectly for my Biryani. I only wish that the non-stick bottom went all the way up to the lip to make cleaning even easier.
This wok is absolutely beautiful. I love the modern look to it. I wish I had space to leave it out on display in my kitchen. Very well made. I feel this could be handed down through generations. I've used this wok at least 2-3 times a week for almost a year now. You must season it when you get it and continue to take care of it. I think I did mine 5 times just to be safe. Make sure to use things like garlic, green onions and ginger the first time you season as it helps to flavor the wok. It is a bit heavy but the handle grip makes moving it around easy. Large enough to make a large stir fry but not too big to pull out for making dinner for 1 or 2. Great prouduct.
Purchased the 'AL-P Series Wok with Lid' a couple months ago and it has already become a staple in our kitchen. We have used the Wok for numerous recipes, ranging from stir fry to searing proteins. The surface is truly 'non-stick'. The lid can be vented, definitely a handy feature.
